The replica of Agra Taj Mahal was exhibited in Mysore Dasara 2010. The Construction costed more than Rs 65 lakhs and was spread over 60,000 sq.ft at the Dasara exhibition grounds, opposite to the Mysore Palace. Around 130 workers, worked round the clock to complete this replica of Taj Mahal.
Nearly 25 tonnes of fibre and 4 tonnes of plywood was used to make this Mysore Taj Mahal. It stood around 70ft tall and 250ft wide.
