Ingredients:
1. 1 Cup Raagi flour
2. Salt to taste
3. 3 cups water
Method:
Step 1: Heat water in a vessel with wide opening
Step 2: Add salt when it starts boiling
Step 3: Add 2 tablespoon of Raagi flour and mix it well.

Step 4: Wait until the mixture gets thick and boil
Step 5: Add the remaining Raagi flour
Step 6: Stir the mixture continuously so that no lumps are formed
Step 7: Close and cook on low heat for about 1-2 mins
Step 8: Remove from stove
Step 9: Wet your hands and make Raagi balls of desired size while it is still hot
Step 10: Serve with Mutton, Bassaru (sambar made of greenary), Avarekaayi saaru or any other curry which is spicy
